What do we do?

SIKSAL covers all types of funds in venture, capital development, buyouts, mezzanine and private debt. We can reach most public and private pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, corporate investors, banks and funds of funds in Europe and Middle East.

In a highly competitive universe, we work on behalf of selected and talented General Partners’ teams and rising stars to ensure success. While never compromising we have put in place thorough due diligence and analyze: SIKSAL challenges the teams on their weaknesses and capitalize on their assets.

Strategy Consulting

Strategic and organizational audit, adaptation to market standards. Support for a 1st time fund or spin-off; Sponsor search missions; Project management: team building, international development.

Marketing Advisors

In the ecosystem, we define ourselves as craftsmen. Each General Partner is unique and our goal is to assist them by expressing their specific DNA and positioning. SIKSAL particularly appreciate and assist untypical General Partners and/or situation (i.e. spin-off, emerging managers/funds). We advise our clients on all strategic aspects. SIKSAL is coaching and mentoring General Partners’ teams, raising their differentiators, developing their brand and coaching the team.

Fundraising

Each fundraising is different, and per se our services are tailored: SIKSAL puts in place a tactical campaign to be the most efficient and less time-consuming. We qualify potential investors, back our general partner clients on pre-marketing, fund design and terms, deliver effective messages, enhance pitching points. We also handle complex, simultaneous limited partner due diligence processes.
